On the login use your @army.mil email and CaC once it takes you to your organization. Then click the little army computer and it will allow you to remote into the VM.

Mail.mil have been extended and should still be working for the E-4 and below due to licensing constraint. If you are E-5 and above use the army.mil. Use militarycac.com on how to use your personal computer and cac.
