美国东部肿瘤合作组 (ECOG)开展的E1199试验证实,紫杉类药物是治疗乳腺癌的重要药物。 该试验既往的研究结果确立了两种紫杉类药物的重要应用方案,即AC方案序贯使用紫杉类药物时,紫杉醇应采用周疗 (P1),而多西他赛应采用3周疗法 (D3)。
