The .ini file should be in the same directory as the PlugY executable, which should be your Diablo II game folder. The file is called PlugY.ini. Please let me know if you can't find the file and I'll help you figure it out!

I also moved the Plugy folder that was in the PD2 folder, into the base Diablo 2 folder... so it now looks like this: E:\Diablo II\PlugY. The only ini setting I changed was the ActiveBigStash= 1 to ActiveBigStash= 0
